Aren't there RX 470 supply issues? I'll personally hold off judgement until the reviews are out. I'm curious however. If it helps bring card prices down for everyone then I'll count it as a win.

There was me hoping there would be a cute shrunk 1060 reference cooler.. :hehe: Interested in performance though, as presently I'm still swaying towards a 480 or 1060 over the Ti, due to them lasting longer!

Hmm, sure I read that the 1050ti was going to be $139. Surely we won't pay more than that in £?

Maybe I am getting confused with the pricing but yeah, could have sworn the 1050 was supposedly around $100?

Doesn't mention USD pricing, but yep, £139 for the TI which is around £40 less than what shops currently charge for the 470.

It's going to be another winner IMO. I have a 950 and it's faster than a 680 in some games. Mad for such a tiny little thing. With the 1050ti being the size it is switching it out would be a breeze and my multi purpose block would fit too. Obviously the back plate wouldn't, but what's another day with a Dremel :D

I will see how I get on in Linux, and whether I need the extra horses but it's sounding like a little cracker so far.

Coming back to this. It seems AMD are releasing another card called the 470SE that will sit right around where these two Nvids do. Apparently it will be about 10% slower than the 470, price as yet unconfirmed...
