    Word. Always black coffee. :thumb:

At work I have been drinking a medium grade Japanese Sencha (I keep the high garde Gyokoru Sencha for home). Also have been sampling a higher quality China Yunnan.

This evening I have been enjoying a bit of this:

Any one tried Ginger Pepsi Max yet? just about to crack open a 2l. Normally I wouldn't entertain something that sounds so revolting but many years ago Pepsi did a limited edition (out in the states) called Holiday Spice. It was launched in 2004 and I tried it at Walmart and fell in love instantly. In the end I went through about 200 cans of the stuff before it stopped being sold :(

You can read about it there. Sorta hoping and praying atm that the Ginger Pepsi Max is similar.

Edit. It would be almost impossible for me to actually remember exactly what Holiday Spice tasted like, given it's been over a decade since I drank it. However, Ginger Pepsi is clearly very nice indeed ! You watch, I will fall in love all over again and they'll stop bloody making the stuff !

Something my dad introduced me to years ago, a favourite when he was stationed in the Falklands (apparently they used to mix this stuff in buckets...!): vodka, bacardi, blackcurrant cordial, and lemonade. Strictly speaking there's supposed to be ice in there too, but... eh...

Just tea (my usual, Earl Grey).

Had a couple of points (exactly two, I was good :)) earlier whilst visiting a local brewery on their open day.

Hopefully nothing from this point forward, been relying on alcohol for too long now to cover my problems.

Well done. :thumb: Combine this with regular 30 minute walks and you'll be surprised how much better you'll feel physically.

    Chamomile?

I have been cycling 5-6 miles a day for the last two weeks (only missed 1 day) does that count :)

It's pretty hilly round here too which makes it even more challenging.

Popped into the Purple Moose tap House in Porthmadog for a couple of scoops because it's a fookin scorcher.
