A "blue banana" ice cream cone sprinkled with mini M&Ms.

Quite possibly the campest thing I've seen for a while.

Oh you obviously haven't seen the Starbucks Unicorn....

Absolutely loved it tbh. Walking the canals, fishing etc. So much more space than poxy Brixton. They had this lovely brand new house in a nice estate too (Firwood Park Chaddy) so yeah was much nicer than being in London.

To be fair to Oldham it does have some great countryside and I also like going for walks along the canal and around Dovestone reservoir.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try it with a fish during the week but sadly bacon will have to wait until next baconday (Saturday).

How do you do the fish - wrapped in foil and steamed?

Few bits and pieces. Sony batteries are starting to peel at the top meaning they keep cutting out my *** so I got these.

My wife has them they're excellent :) I also needed a new surface. Those of you who follow my mod logs will know I have seriously effed up my Razer Goliathus. So I've been wanting a new one for ages but wanted one with something on it (so not all black) but cool at the same time. It took me a while but I eventually found this one.

for £6 inc Amazon Prime. It's not as deep (25cm as opposed to 45) but I don't like the Razer any way as the mouse pad sits further up the desk and rocks about on the Razer one. Hoping the shallower one will fit the set up better.

I also bought myself a project for a whopping £15 inc.

And what it will hopefully resemble.

Note it says "Bass on Musical Fidelity X10-D" well apparently it is. It's also about ten times cheaper and from the reviews I read equally as good.

I kinda cocked up before by first buying a Little Dot MK1 and falling in love with it, then thinking that the LD2 would be better so when the LD1 packed up I ordered the more expensive LD2. Sadly all valve power meant that it was not enough to drive some of my headphones and would distort. As a last gasp effort I ended up running the pre out only line out of the LD2 into my Graham Slee Novo. The sound was incredible. Sadly it seems these amps are all made like crap so the LD2 failed and Amazon did not have any more in stock. It failed in exactly the same way. Left channel went missing, came back if you tipped the valve or pressed on the body. Obviously some guy can't solder properly. So I am going to make my own pre replacement. I've chosen this for the top.

    2 x Magicool G2 240mm slim radiators.

I'm not in a rush to water cool my setup, but the itch has been there for a while, so I'll pick a couple of bits up each month. Probably go dual loops for convenience and so I can get the CPU up and running before committing to a new GPU.

Not after absolute performance either, so a slim 240 is more than enough for a decent 24/7 overclock with the HD120's (and will be a lot easier to work with in this case).

Has someone invented RGB fluid yet? :p

I would still water cool the 1050ti. You can get a universal GPU block for about £15. I put one on my GTX 950 and it was more than worth doing :)

I paid the premium for the Strix model because it runs silent and the cooler is massively over-specced for a GPU that can run passively. Every review I read shows it boosting up to Nvidia's hard limit of 1911Mhz without breaking a sweat!

Plus, by time I have all the bits to do a GPU loop, I will know how Vega and Volta look and be upgrading anyways. :naughty:

Wheel nuts and locking wheel nuts.

Since a few of mine were looking tired on the RS, and I found a set of standard looking (without the frustrating three-part construction of geuine OEM Ford nuts - But with the correct collar) for reasonable money. Also opted to have a new set of locking wheel nuts, since the existing ones are scabby.
