It's Kimi, it's sometimes hard to tell. Tbh they should just make Monaco a time trial... it's pretty much is one now anyway - fastest lap on Saturday invariably wins. Gives the drivers the challenge of driving it, whilst doing away with the laughable idea that you can race around there...
I fooking hate Monaco. Ooh, the glamour, the spectacle, the racing... what racing? I wouldn't bat an eyelid if they dropped it tomorrow. It's sh!te.
No racing for the lead at any time. Win decided by strategy. Boring procession for the first ~55 laps or so. Eventually it did Monaco all over the race, but had no impact for the frontrunners. The luck of Force India finally ran out. The misfortune of Hulk continues... did he defecate in the cereal of a witch or something? Haas finally in the points again.
Giant crash at Indy, Dixon walked away from it... just wow. https://twitter.com/FanSportsClips/status/868876217121996801 Also Alonso 1st right now.
Under red at the moment, Scott Dixon just had a massive shunt into the in-field catch fence, thankfully unhurt. Alonso is leading, has been for the last few laps trading places with Alexander Rossi.
saw an interview with button earlier and he said he's not brave enough to race at indy and you can see why from that crash. highlight of the monaco race was before it started, when button told alonso he was going to piss in his seat
Dixon got mugged (literally) after Indy qualifying, it's really not his week. On the otehr hand, he walked away from it, so he's had a better week than Bourdais.
Lets hope the F1 bosses catch the glimpses of Indy500 whenever it happens to interrupt the ad breaks and learn a thing or two Alonso has been involved in more overtakes on track than in the entire F1 season so far.
I know he's all positive and happy for the cameras but internally he must be thinking 'Honda you useless bunch of ****wits and your piece of **** engines...'
I think Fernando driving something else than a Honda next year was decided the moment he rolled out for testing in February. I also think that EJ's prediction of the return of Mclaren Mercedes will come true. On a different note, Takuma Sato, Indy 500 winner! Did not see that coming, brilliant.
