    I had in my mind a pair of 'legs' which clamp to the table at a right-angle then a cross-beam from which dangles the camera - though you've then got issues with the legs throwing literal shade on the subject...
    Ooh, cheers both - looks like that might be just what I'm looking for (for the smaller stuff like the micro:bit, at least) and at £30 it's certainly worth a punt!

    Mevagissey is a lovely place. When we went we found the usual towns (St Ives, Padstow etc) to be too commercialised and favoured the smaller fishing villages like Mevagissey. Following the coast road we stumbled on a lot of lovely places. I really like the last photo of the rowing boat.

    Was pretty dark outside so I unfortunately couldn't get the depth of field I wanted without increasing the ISO too much.

    Sudden deer in my grandmother's garden. Not too shy of humans it seems, it barked at my mum.
