I was quite amused by the Hammond/May picture where May's holding a plug looking disgruntled. Hammond is one lucky sod, what's this now, major incident number three?
Just a reminder that the new series started yesterday. Just watched the first episode and I rather liked it.
Also watched it an hour ago and I really liked it. The trailer for the series at the start of the episode got my hopes up aswell.
yep nice ep. one thing tho wtf has happened to mays face? it seems so puffed up did he get those wrinkle busting injections done ? Spoiler suprised there was not more footage of the crash apart from the youtube one. this day and age you would have expected more peeps with phones out and atleast some drone footage from an event like that
Watched the first season when I had prime and to be honest was very bored with it. Whereas I appreciate that a hell of a lot of planning goes in to the events I felt they seemed very staged with little attempt at any spontaneity and the bit where the guest got killed every week was funny once, after that just silly. Have not got Prime anymore and don't think I am likely to miss the second series.
They've thankfully ditched the celebrity brain crash crap. Its much more like old top gear now in my opinion, they even have a revamped version of star in a reasonably priced car, albeit two stars now and the car isn't reasonably priced
Yes I much more enjoyed that episode than most of last season, the Celeb segment is much better that previously and I am glad they listened to feedback about that. Am quite hopeful for the rest of the season
Pretty good opener to the season, and they seem to have listened to the feedback. All in all a good watch.
It does look like it might have been a 'bargain'. The interior looked a bit savaged (Speaker cover behind drivers seat for example). Might be a result of any safety gear installs, but still.
Having a good chuckle at episode 2 so far. Still feels much better. Edit: This has nothing to do with my fanboyism for Ford, and the 2017 Ford GT featuring.
