So then, as an apprentice I have to do coursework towards a qualification while working here. I'm currently doing the "Customer Care in ICT" unit. I need feedback from "customers" I've interacted so if you could answer these questions it would help me greatly.

    1) How would you rate the speed at which we responded to your issue?
    2) How would you rate the quality of the solution we provided?
    3) Would you recommend us to a friend?
    4) How would you rate the quality of the communication we had with you?
    5) How could we improve on how we communicate with you?
    6) How could we improve the quality of the solution we provided?
    7) Do you have any other feedback on your interaction with us?

Thanks a bunch. I'm aware the questions aren't great but it's geared towards more commercial companies dealing with actual customers, I've adapted it the best i can lol.

this will be interesting in my report...

Thanks :thumb: I can't even remember this specific bug. Is it the one to do with how many clicks and things being marked as read?

I've seen people successfully cite 'Nelly the Elephant' in a Physics paper and other similar feats... You've got this :thumb:

    1) Quicker than a tortoise, slower than quark
    2) It had the just right balance of usefulness and patronism
    3) Yes, if my friends were in anyway interested in tech and I wasn't their and my family's mediocre, but free, IT support (insert grumble here)
    4) If I had a bag of gold stars I'd think about letting you have one to put on your 'How did I do at work today?' calendar
    5) Semaphore?
    6) Doffing your hat every now and then wouldn't go amiss
    7) The fact you can get any answers to these questions, at all, from this bunch of 'users' means you should automcatically pass with Distinction.

    1) Narrow range there
    2) Not sure what to say to that
    3) I'm in the exact same situation. "you code?" "Yes" "can you fix my toaster/phone?"
    4) Oh boy, my favourite.
    5) Don't think we have a protocol for that. I'll go check in the loft
    6) :blah:
    7) I'll pass that on
