Installing Windows, getting to the drivers and on the last one it saying "You can not install this driver on a 32 bit Windows system" and then realising for some reason it installed Win 10 32 bit.

Driver hit and run driver ripped my wingmirror off (cracked the frame in two) which also cracked and scratched up the door and driver side window at the same time. -_-

Reaping the benefits of my new job....kind of

After starting my new job last year I didn't see any difference in disposable cash, but now I do, lots of cash, however........
So I have been looking at upgrade my graphics card and RAM, I was interested in getting a 10-core Xeon system up and running, but E5's are quite expensive so decided on a RAM and GFX card upgrade.
As you are all aware, the prices are ludicrous, so though I have this extra money I can't justify spending £1300 on a 1080Ti and 32GB RAM

Time to save? time to buy more servers (secondhand of course)?

I can only drink so much Lagavulin, but at least everything makes sense when I do!

 

@Bazz , I feel your pain I've got more disposable income now than I have had for some time, and have put aside a modest fund for a new GPU. Unfortunately I've been sitting on it for the last few months as prices have gone ever more bonkers... Going to have to watch it, because once the nice weather rolls around I can definitely see said GPU fund being reallocated to bike stuff

 

Just do it now, dude! I have... Not like there's anything worth playing coming out until Borderlands 3 drops, anyways.

Found some rust on my new car in a very awkward place, probably going to need the whole rear subframe,diff, axles etc dropping to get to the chassis rail to repair it.

My autistic 6 year old has gotten worse and is now having violent episodes when things don't go her way.
