Welcome to the worklog for my "Loaded Bullet" project. The name is program, the build will be compact with lots of computing power. Since I started to unlike these giant PCs on my desk I thought I’d start a new project! This time there will also be something under my desk happening (some cooling). Since I finally got a 4K monitor there is, of course, only one solution called NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti. Of course in SLI! As I want to keep the PC compact, I chose to use a Caselabs Case from the Bullet series and the cooling will go outside the case (under my table). As storage there’ll only be SSDs so everything stays quiet. For the fans I’m going to use Noctua this time. CPU - Intel i9-7900X @???GHz Mainboard - ASRock Fatal1ty X299 Professional Gaming i9 RAM - Apacer BLADE FIRE 3000MHz 32GB GPU - 2x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SSD - Samsung 960 Pro 1TB SSD - Samsung 960 Evo 1TB SSD - Apacer AS2280 M.2 480GB SSD - Apacer AS330 480GB PSU - SeaSonic Prime 1200W Platinum Case - Caselabs Bullet BH8 Fans - 13x Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 2000 PWM Fans - 2x Noctua NF-F14 iPPC 2000 PWM Controller- Aquaero 6 LT Watercooling- Bitspower Cable- Cablemod Lighting- Cablemod
I once again got a small care package for my project from Bitspower. As you can see, I will use Matt Black fittings this time. As heat exchangers I’m going for 3x 480mm radiators. This time I’m going to try out DDC pumps, two pumps for a good flowing rate!
Some fans have arrived, this time i thoght lets give the Noctua iPPC a try because of their clean desgin and the hopefully outstanding performance! In the pictures, of course, not all can be seen. : D Since I have not yet decided 100% for a color scheme, i got some red and black edges what do you think? Red or black?
Finally I had the time to take some pictures of the CaseLabs Bullet BH8. The case feels just really high quality and looks like it too! Planned is a larger window in the top and a small distroplate. The feet will also change sides and no longer be on the bottom of the case. The combination with the board and the fans looks just awesome!
Were going forward the PSU of my choice is the SeaSonic Prime Platinum 1200W! It just fits perfectly with its look in the build. In terms of performance I still wanted to have enough headroom if im going to do an upgrade. But take a look at that beauty:
LOL yer its getting out of control. Sponsors are a double edged sword. Good start Tech will be nice to see some modding.
