    Indeed, however...

    Prices in any kind of chain store are set by head office- new labels are downloaded & printed every day, applied digitally to the tills & stock system and the paper labels put out on the shelves by some poor sod or sods- if there were a computer error ( erroneous price ) then it would affect all WHSmith stores, not just the ones that were attached to Hospitals ( didn't know that was a thing.. ). Been a long time since I played with an EPoS system like that though so it might be possible, but I'm more inclined to believe they were simply price-gouging a more or less captive audience and someone noticed, hence.

    Gah! The number of sites I've seen phrasing it exactly like Hexus has, there, is mind-boggling. It is a proposal, and one which will never go any further; to phrase it like it's actually going to happen is bad journalism at best and outright lying at worst.

    There's a reason you haven't seen a story about it on Bit-Tech, and it ain't because I didn't see the proposal...

    We uses to do it with inhalers and I did it enough to get a blister. Kids today are no more wreckless or stupid, it's just harder to hide all the dumb **** when all your friends film it and slap it all over the Internet.

    It sounds to me like 'yearly' to me, so neither.
