Case Mod - Complete ⭐ Project "Prototype Mechsuit" (Extreme Mod)

In order not to miss anything and bring us forward, we also start this project.

The Prototype Mechsuit, an extreme mod that will be realized on the Thermaltake Core P90 as a base.

Let's start by seeing the 3D project entirely realized by me starting from scratch, from the realization on the software to the final rendering, with the exception of some 3D models (hardware models) used to accelerate the time during the realization of the raw 3D.

The project, however, was created starting from 0 without having the houses that still has to arrive.

Ok, it goes on forward, time is running out.

In these photos we will see the realization of the supports for the upper cover (the one in the shape of an alien). The cover for the riser that will serve to ensure that you see only the PCI-E connector and the two panels of the front casing of the chassis.

We will also see the predisposition for the monstrous Thermaltake Pacific CL 480 radiator that will mount 8 fans in push / pull configuration and the finished panels after the various cuts and millings ready for painting.

Made the arrangement for the combo res / pump and almost completed realization of the cover psu.

The work proceeds quickly, and even the rear closing panel has been designed as planned.

It begins to take shape.

In the pictures, the finished and assembled external cladding panels and the realization of the glass supporting feet.

The main color as you can see is anthracite gray satin (as project) and I assure you that in photos does not make, live is wonderful.

We also begin to see the first goodies like the Overclock & Gaming logo that will have RGB backlighting.

Also worthy of note are the new support feet made entirely by hand that will serve to bring the weight of the tempered glass.

Upper cover.

In these photos we see the appearance of the top cover after having made the parts in the pre-assembly test before painting.

A complicated job because all the measures must fit perfectly, especially the sloping supports for the side flaps that must be completely flush and centered between the glass and the cover.

After completing the cover of the psu I also completed the setup for the Commander F6 RGB controller.

In the photos you can see the various stages, from how the supports are made to the pre-assembly test.

The controller will go under the plate that brings the riser for the card vertically to the outside wire perfectly, and in this system the wiring will be practically invisible.

Mounted the scary Pacific CL 480 in push / pull configuration with 8 fans.

A monstrous thing this 64 mm thick rad.

NB.It was necessary to assemble some dimensions.

Countersunk rims in order ergal and replacement of stock screws for fixing the fans with burnished steel screws with cylindrical head and hexagonal insert.
