    Bought some cheap Win 10 Pro licenses, created an installation USB drive, formatted my boot drive, installed Win 10 Pro, went to enter my key, already activated. For some (to me at least) unknown reason MS accepted my old Home key for the Pro version.

    Now I have spare Pro licenses for the other PCs in the household. I call that a win.

    Mrs got her benefit back and a 8 week back payment....

    Having wrote the 3 page strongly worded letter I feel pretty proud now, In that time she's been taken ill from the condition she was getting the benefit for in the first place

    Not to mention I won't be fronting all the rent and bills anymore! woohoo

    Lots to do at work, with a particularly big order to complete over the next 4-5 weeks, means I can work every Saturday I want over the next month or so for time and a half pay.

    Lord knows I need it!

    Letter came through explaining the revised benefits decision and much to her surprise (and mine) given the updated medical information we sourced from her cardiologist and GP her benefit has risen by 70% to take into consideration these factors. so she's gone from normal rate to £0 to upper rate.

    so she now covers her portion of the rent and bills allowing her to work the reduced hours contract she's supposed to be doing because of her condition and have a normal life without putting her body under so much strain.

    I use the best for the application. AMD for CPUs and Nvidia for GPUs. I take the mick out of AMD, Intel and Nvidia so at least I'm consistent.

    Tidied the desk up immensely, fitted a switched USB hub under the desk attached with command strips. cables all fitted with a cable tidy clip thingy, second mini hub off the main hub on the desk with a card reader.
    Just need a cable holder for the loose cables when not in use, I need some wood...

    Cheers dude. I was apprehensive about going with clear coolant, but the tubing is still well defined. I'll miss the Orange though.

    Is it obvious I have a major metal fetish? :worried::naughty:
