Turns out eating less crap and exercising is the key to losing weight. Who knew. Down a shade under 10kg in 11 weeks.

I think he meant the keynote will feature both Zen 2 and Navi products and news. And that's pretty much confirmed.

If we had a DP cable then i'd be using it but we don't have any. I could steal one but it's a bit hard someone else is currently using one of them.

I imagined that with all the gpus that come in for testing there'd be a DP cable mountain in a corner of the office.

Don't the cables usually come with the monitors and not the GPUs?

Rumours may have indicated the release on 7/7... then I read about that being what some people call the London bombings and that surely AMD would never do an ad campaign based on that. Never heard of the London bombings being called 7/7.

Pretty common in the tabloids. And the Independent, but I repeat myself.

IIRC wasn't their a similar thing when Intel announced that the 'P45' chipset would be the last of the Skt 775 chipsets... the british tech press all laughed at the name and no-one else could fathom why.

[for any non-brits - a P45 is what you get sacked from or otherwise leave your job]

    Yup it's been called that.

    I doubt it will be 7/7 though - that's a Sunday.

Finally got around to running deduplication on my data drive - well, technically, I ran it on a copy of my data drive first, and it's running on the actual data drive now: 75GB freed. Noice.
