    Nice, very nice, very jealous.

You don't have a Sonos Beam going spare do you?:grin::grin:

Alas no. The soundbar replaces a Play:3 that was on music-only duty.
It was the catalyst for this phase - was after a soundbar for the playroom, and after Phase 1 (discovering Roon and swapping out Connects for RoPieees), Bluesound made perfect sense. Since we often group the playroom and the Kitchen (formerly Play:5 stereo) that snowballed, and then just figured why not replace everything apart from the 4x Play:1s in the bedrooms (which may or may not be phase 3)

As luck would have it, a buddy around the corner happened to be in the market for exactly the Sonos speakers that I'm replacing, so I don't even have to faff about selling stuff

Shame, all I need is a beam (the Sonos Playbar is too big) to finish off my lounge. I need the HDMI ARC functionality and it to hook up to the two Play 1's I already have there so I can run the TV through them.

Keep an eye on the SSAV clearance section - https://www.sevenoakssoundandvision...m=1&sort=&l=0~4&c0=-2&v0=123&c4=1018&v4=Sonos

I've seen beams pop up there occasionally, and every open-box or ex-display product I've ever had from them has been in nothing short of perfect condition.

Just waiting for the payments to go through now, but I bought:
2 of these (for two guitars sharing a strap right now, with these in place, all my guitars will be on the same type of strap, making life easier)

One of these (so that I can throw out my aging amp - or at very least don't have to lug it around to EVERY show):

Now to wait until June, when the older sister can bring it from Germany.

Nothing ground breaking but for 2p short of a tenner (effectively 7 quid as there was an Easter £3 cashback bonus) it'll give me sound upstairs when I turn my old monitor into a youview screen. (speaking of which, i'll be looking for a youview box in the wanted section soon :) )

Just tried it (powered via the USB and using headphone jack on my TV), can't complain for that price. Not that i'd use it for the living room.

    £7!

Hows big is it? Because it looks like proper-soundbar sort of size.

Even if it didn't work at all that's stellar value just for that much material and an LED.

Aye, as @lancer778544 says it's about 40cm wide.

Still under a tenner with free delivery. The £3 cashback bonus tracked fine too so it seemed daft not to and means I can at least put one of my spare monitors to use.

Bought a Zippo handwarmer with some birthday money. Wrong weather for it, I know, but it'll be good for family walks in the winter - my eldest is always complaining of cold hands.

Gets pretty toasty when you take it out of its oxygen-limiting bag, too:

It's a lot more reasonable than 90-odd-degrees once it's in the little bag it comes with, honest!

Oh i'm sure, i'm just questioning the extremity for which it will be used.

I mean... my danglies are normally pretty toasty. I think. I'm not sure, now. Maybe they're cold? Is... is that something I should be concerned about? Are my danglies too cold?

My understanding is that cool danglies are better for breeding success.
