Leavers will no doubt paint it as a victory for pro Brexit parties:

Brexit Party + Labour + Con + UKIP = 63%, thats an 11% swing in favour of Brexit compared to the referendum if we apply leaver logic.

and the remaining 37% are those casting protest votes to express their displeasure that brexit isn't brexity enough/hasn't brexited yet [which is more or less what they said after the locals] because no-one really supports the Lib-Dems... right?

That could be a referendum - no deal vs remain.

That's an actual specific question with no unicorns.

Was he talking about No.10, the suggestion, or just the UK government in general?

A new headline in the Guardian about a YouGov survey saying that a majority of Europeans believe the EU will end by 2040.

Just had a look, only 14 countries were polled and they responded it was 'realistic'. What's that all about then? Seems very clickbaity.

Print newspapers perfected clickbait prior to the invention of the internet. Or the telephone system. Or the telegraph.

I guess 'clickbait' is interchangeable with 'gossipy'. We just live in a bigger village nowadays with a virtual fence over which to mutter.

I must say i'm liking the new LibDem edge.

Things must be dire if Liberals are getting sweary.

In other news, May has agreed that she will leave if her deal isn't backed in June. Tories who backed it to see the back of her now no longer need to back it.

So that week in June looks busy. Trump arrives with much gobshitery, a Brexit vote is taking place, D-Day commemorations and a Tory Leadership clusterfrak.

    Awesome.

So May goes after May, that's almost as good as Brexit means Brexit. :)

So is anyone looking forward to PM Boris?

And on another note what's the expectations on a new PM, it's not like they'll be able to change the parliamentary arithmetic is it? It just seems like it's going to waste a few months and we'll end up being in the same situation.

edit: that was meant to say after.
