TV Shows BBC Top Gear

Season 26 starts Sunday Feb 17th. This will be Matt LeBlanc's last season before Paddy McGuinness and Freddie Flintoff take over. Only 5 episodes this season too.

 

For Top Gear, the end times are approaching.

 

Does anyone actually watch it any more? Even the last couple of "proper" seasons got boring and predictable.

 

Just put it all out of our misery already...

 

I'll always watch a car programme over most other rubbish on TV even if it is not as good as it once was, I hope it doesn't die.

 

i hope it goes on, but le blanc's replacements are on the very shitty side for a car prog

they showed a brief clip at the end of the final ep. seriously this gone end up worse than the ginga clown

 

The whole concept of the light entertainment motoring show needs a complete ground-up rethink, as dramatic as when the Clarkson, May, Hamster format first got underway. Tweaking the current BBC and Amazon formats just isn't working.

 

I'm not sure if many of us here will watch this season but here's the first trailer:

 

I was reading that the new three have better chemistry in the studio than the last lot, so I might give it a whirl again.

 

McGuinness, Flintoff and...?

Not that it matters, much as I stopped watching it ~a decade or more ago (pre-Stig).

Much the same here, stopped watching after the first Stig finished, but was bored way before that with only occasional viewing.
