Wait, wait, hang on, you've cut that quote off at the interesting bit:
    Microsoft quality, right there.

I did end up with that, because I'm a functioning retard I didn't think to just use that from the off, and only realised it could do fresh installs when I went to update the demo server I ended up butchering for my purposes.

Still, in the end, it meant I had less to do as I had a demo server populated with users and mailboxes so.. A dumbass-not-total-waste-of-time?

Also, can confirm, is definitely SP3, not 2 :D

Ferking banks. I like my overdraft, it's rarely used but it's nice to have. Bank keeps trying to get rid of it because 'responsible lending laws,' compel them to target people with a steady income who have never, ever missed a repayment on an overdraft, credit card or loan in their life. Sure buddy, that's what the law says.

Or maybe, just maybe they're getting rid of it so the next time I've overdrawn by £5 (seems to happen about once a year around Christmas) they can slap me with a bumload's worth of fees they never get to charge me otherwise. Annoying!

    That could make stopping exciting.

Are they hydraulic & do they have fluid impedance if used the wrong way?
    I take it that's a sizeable wedge, then...? :p

Yeah, glad I found that out on the workstand!

Thankfully no they are pretty basic brakes, at some point I may see about upgrading to the fancy GRX levers as the RS505's have known wear issues on the cable guides which can leave you in the odd situation of being stuck in gear which the shifter innards break up.

Yeah... I thought the filter would catch that. The fees for spending more than the overdraft would be... noticeable, especially if the overdraft is £0.

Being home with lots of fun stuffs and a new project to start but being too damn sick to be able to do anything.

To make it worse I have to go brain doc today no ifs no buts. Bloody stairs nearly done me in last night, let alone with two lungs full of phlegm.

I'm the worst sick patient ever.

    Ugh.

Got out my old Alienware case and started stripping it out.

Pulled on one of the cover panels and knocked the inner chassis over which decided to land on the left side cover panel, snapping it in half :(

Absolutely gutted tbh. I think it's repairable, but it was absolutely mint before.

    Not "ruining," but certainly "changing"...

Yup: after, blimey, 12 years, I'm moving on. Much love to the Media Team... err, team, who have really helped pull this site out of the doldrums in which it had been left by Dennis. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes next, but as a reader rather than a writer - not that I'll be against pitching a few articles here and there, for old times' sake!

So long, and thanks for all the cheesecake.

(You'll still see me around, mind you, I'm not closing my forum account or owt like that!)
