All those years in the music industry have addled his brain.

 

2 days. 2 days into 2020 and I'm already pissed.

 

I can see the logic in that, keeping things all frosty-cool and all that, but would I do it? Nope, because I'm not a crazy person.

 

Probably not but, I would only see it as a lifestyle choice, not a belief. All this will do is give the "ethical vegans" a green light to step up their efforts to force their choice on other people.

 

How do you know if there's a vegan at your party?

On the other hand, mention a vegan sausage roll in the right company and expect a 20 minute tirade on the decline of humanity and the end of life as we know it.

These people eat faux-bacon made with rice and will tell you that it taste the same as the real McCoy. What’s taste compared to a pigs life anyway heh? IT’S EVERYTHING! *Munching bacon aggressively

 

Why would I want to eat bacon that tastes like crisps?

You've seen the car advert with people slammming the doors shut, saying "sounds like a Golf"? I'd rather have the Golf than something that sounds like it.

 

Vegan [or 'plant based' as they've taken to calling it because everyone hates vegans] fake meat/dairy imo is very quick to tell you what it's not and what it's pretending to be... not always so quick to tell you what it actually *is*.

Which, if you react badly to a couple the things those tend to use/contain, can be... problematic.

Also if you're serving me seitan or tofu or whatever... just ****ing say so, stop trying to hide it or dress it up as something it isn't.
