Have been wanting to take this shot for years, was happy to take the 2 mile walk (4 mile round trip) in sub zero temps.
Got an 80287 I should stick under the lens, too, tho' that one's not as pretty. ...are you me? There's a 50MHz 68882 in my Blizzard IV too! In fact, that's where this one came from: it arrived with the pictured 20MHz 68881, and I upgraded the copper and the crystal plus added 32MB of RAM. (Tried 64MB, but it didn't like the only 64MB stick I had lying around, sadly.)
My trusty Samsung laser printer gave up the ghost the other day, lasting for 17 years. I decided to disassemble it to see if I could diagnose the fault, and I couldn't, but I might harvest the boards for components. This is one of two through-hole boards from the power supply unit, and electronically they work perfectly... I just think I have more use for the components than for 24VDC!
Out at 6am this morning for a sunrise walk. Nice to be there before the dog walkers, runners and cyclists, just a couple of other peopl nearby yo photgraph the sunrise. Interesting to see how far the sunrise position has shifted Northwards since Christmas
Can’t really get out and about, so starting to flick through some snaps from earlier in the year. Icelandic Horses
I'm very much a noob with photography but I do like how this shot on Saturday morning came out (more chance than skill!)
