Know some people there, they are retooling to kick mass production off from Monday. They reckon it will all be ready for a dry run by Thursday though, site runs 7 days a week as well so they will be able to churn these out.
Nope, not happening any more. FIA stopped them - Ferrari complained that Merc are trying to sneak a new aero device past the rules. This may or may not be 100% completely accurate
There are quite a few teams involved now, including McLaren, Williams and Renault. I've had some involvement, can't really say much more than that.
At this rate they may as well just can the whole season, then have a Saturday race next year (and call that the replacement for this season).
I reckon if there's a season at all it will start at Spa this year then run as normal. If there isn't Spa and Monza there'll be no season.
I think if any of the post 'summer break' races get cancelled, that's it for the season. Austria, Britain and Hungary are the only remaining pre-summer races now.
Race wise it will probably start somewhere European you can chain races from, so for example, Britain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany as a start. The fun comes if you go to Austria, do you go to Hungry of Italy next?
Italy Then Hungry tbh, gotta Keep Ferrari happy somehow you could also add Monaco to that list, despite the race being an utter snooze fest most years the glitz and glamour would be a nice pickup in the post Plague world
