I've seen angled rads before, but not in tandem like that. It's extremely well executed, if I attempted it it'd probably end up more duct tape than rad
Thank you Luckily there are CAD programms to figure stuff out before hand. If I had to eyeball it I also would need some duct tape to make it work

I believe that within the first days of June bit tech will open a discussion on this, there is no way of knowing if you are included in the competition you will only know about the open discussion, the thing that you can make believe firmly in your project and everything will happen by itself .
