Modding A good 3d modeling software for a case design?

I’m looking for a good 3d-modeling software for a scratch case design anyone got some suggestions? (BTW, I’m a complete noob on this stuff)

I use AutoCAD.

 

I've tried to learn it but seems be difficult, I do my renders with photoshop.. :-(

 

I found their online help very good and any time I get stuck YouTube had a lot of tutorials for it. The learning curve is step but you get there,

 

fusion 360, it's fairly easy to learn

 

Can i use the fusin 360 for cnc machining models and 3d printing creation models?

 

yes, its the full package unless you are using it for profit commercial use
