A 'one of the best things to come out of Birmingham in recent history' thing!

Assuming, of course, you like that genre of music.

Technically it doesn't censor, but I'm not sure the uncensored version is going to go well.

When I was a young man, some decades ago, ***pig was preceded with "pointy headed".

Atari 520STfm. Looks like it's in absolutely mint condition, hardly any yellowing at all. Comes boxed, with manuals, with the original mouse, with a joystick, and even a power cable!

Need to get it stripped down to inspect it before I power it on. I'll also need to wipe down the keyboard & outer casing at the very least - I don't want to do a deep clean unless I really have to.

    Absolutely made my weekend

£172 for a 5m long "granny lead" so I can refuel my new car when visiting friends who don't own an electric car (yet).
This was from a 3rd party supplier with a discount code from the Renault Zoe Owner's Club, as Renault's own lead costs over £500!

It's called a granny lead because it's how you'd refuel at your gran's house when she doesn't have a chargepoint.

After waiting nearly 8 months it finally went on sale yesterday and sold out in less then a day.

I've been bitter ever since missing out on the Yamato 1/24 several years back even if it did have design flaws with its internal frame.

I've had a pesky AV itch for a long while and it just wasn't going away, so I've commenced treatment with a pair of Bowers & Wilkins 804s.

Hopefully that will remedy the situation, though the doctor did suggest ending the course of treatment with an upgrade to a matching centre to be sure it keeps the itch at bay for a while.

My replacement Mavic Pro arrived this morning, even though it was due on Monday by Special Delivery! Props (badoom, tish) to Royal Mail for getting it here from Manchester overnight and for not binning the Lipo pack in transit.

About 15 years ago I bought Kendal Mint Cake, in Kendal. Was very disappointed, nowhere near as nice as I had hoped and I like mint.

A colleague brought some into the office, maybe fifteen years ago, after a long weekend away and I made the unforgivable error of not paying attention to the name on the packet.

I moved away a few years later but I have, every time I've entered a boutique produce shop - the type of shops you see that have shelves of locally produced jams, biscuits and savouries - since then, I go looking for ginger biscuits just to see if I could find something that looked like a similar packet.

It was only recently that I remembered where my colleague went on holiday thought to search for "Lake District gingerbread" and this popped up. It was quite the Eureka moment, in it's own small way.

It ain't cheap, especially when you consider the cost of postage, so it made sense to me to buy several packets. :D
