Well, if a large Government IT project started testing in December and was ready for full production deployment just 4 month later that would indeed be "exceptional".

Well, they clearly looked at the current gaming market and most likely spoke to high-level management (consultants) from Bethesda, EA and Ubisoft.

I mean, to be fair - though it galls me to do so in favour of Our Glorious Leaders - a beta should indeed be feature-complete, but untested at scale.

It all came from IBM, though it was A, B, and C tests back then. A was what we call "alpha" now, an MVP which served as verification of a concept. B was feature-complete, ready for bug and user-acceptance testing ahead of release to manufacturing. C was for final tests before the manufactured product was publicly released.

    Quoth Wikipedia:
It does, however, go on to say:
Then, of course, there's perpetual beta...

I guess it depends how you define 'fully operational'.

That bug is only exposed if users don't properly protect their authentication codes, or authentication codes are not rotated regularly. Without an authentication code the shield can't be penetrated/bypassed, and the reactor is therefore not exposed.

    User error, will not fix.

No matter what the Trump Admin say any deal would need a two thirds majority so the Democrats would need to be on board.

Trump's Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer has already chimed in and actually backed Congress on this one.

So those tweets were after Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaab 'helpfully explained the situation' to Pelosi.

...so I'm sure Pelosi et al had a good laugh.

That even Trumpian Republicans reject ripping up the GFA is perfectly within expectation.

The rest of the world (including America) hasn't forgotten that the US was instrumental in getting it signed in the first place.
And as such there are plenty of people over there who view defending the GFA as defending an American accomplishment.
