Ehh... I don't think that article about his tax state will shake a single supporter loose.

He'll spin it as being smarter than everyone because they can't see what he's doing and how rich he is.

Unless there's a note in the taxes to the tune of "Hundred mil to my boy Putin for the election lolz", the release of his taxes - Although mildly interesting - Is just not going to lose him a thing.

Nah, but it matters for the history books if he will be remembered as the President who had to return a tax refund or Inmate #45654.
Because if they elect him again there is no way he won't abuse his power to fight the IRS.

I mean, as much as I want to see him in an orange jumpsuit, we both know that there is no way in hell he's going to jail.

Even if he loses in a couple of months.

He's an idiot savant of dragging **** out so much that people just .. Forget things about him.

I'm not even convinced he'd go to jail if he woke up burdened with a need to tell the truth and confessed to everything he's ever done that's illegal, or even morally reprehensible.

If he loses the worst that happens is the IRS asks for their $79 million (plus interest ) back.
If he wins there is little doubt he will get himself in legal trouble trying all sorts of dodgy things to stop them.

Part of me suspects that the IRS won't ever get any money out of the orange swindler - Whatever happens.

Given his lengthy history of stiffing lenders that is a very reasonable suspicion.

The whole thing sounds like more like system for embezzlement and bribery than a loss making business to me. The same way movie companies spend billions promoting movies in South America this looks like a way for the Trump family to move money out of the US financial system and into holding companies that exist only as a mailbox in an office building somewhere in the Canaries. Some of those bills surely went into greasing the wheels of various foreign ventures too.

It will be interesting to see what happen when those personal loans mature, but I suspect he'll declare himself bankrupt and piss off to an island with nice weather for a few years. Or it wil turn out that money came from Russian mobsters and he'll turn up dead one day...

Meh, Trump didn't even declare war on anyone but democracy... so it was basically indistinguishable from what he tweets while on the toilet every single day.

The vast majority will just vote along party lines anyway.

And the rest? Wait for the Harris vs Extra Bland White Paste debate as there may be actual arguments involved.

    That'll be fun to watch.

The current one is just two old men arguing, you can see that down any park.

He had his next tweet restricted for misleading info about covid. Think he's peaking on steroids, actually thinks Dems support abortion after birth?

The evangelical bible ****ers in his base certainly think it. The rest are too dumb/blindly loyal to question it.

    Just what the actual?

That's dumb even for him and he's already set the bar low.
