Funny how they came out the day after the 3080 launch. Many wanted a 3080 because they were certain they would need it. I'm quietly excited about this game. Could be the perfect Fallout replacement
Extra info: "Also note that the minimum is created with Low settings and 1080p gaming in mind and Recommended with High and 1080p." https://support.cdprojektred.com/en...issue/1556/cyberpunk-2077-system-requirements Presumably at 30 FPS. My 980 TI is still going, although I actually bought it a year ago.
Well Windows 8 users got absolutely shagged then didn't they. I won't be playing this at launch like I thought. I don't have Windows 10 and I don't much want it. Means getting a new drive to dual boot to. What a bloody arse for a new game. It will keep. *My drives are in full use or close to full up. Not gonna replace the boot drive I have for a 7 or 10 install. So new boot drive. Coz I know some one will say something. *
Any estimates one what this would be to run on high settings at 1440p considering the announcements were for 1080? Currently looking to build a new system and this will probably be the first thing I play.
I'd reckon somewhere in the range of a RTX 2070 / RX 5700 XT... however I wouldn't recommend buying either one until we know more about the new AMD cards next month... (and the RTX 3060 presumably also soon).
I sold my 480 before the 3080 launch, so that I can play this and a backlog of other demanding games: FFVI Red Dead Redemption The Outer Worlds Saints Row the Third: Remastered
Supposedly AMD will have a DLSS rip off in their new cards so those who are okay with fake resolutions will be able to pick AMD cards just like Nvidia cards. Hardware accelerated ray tracing is already confirmed for new AMD cards.
We don't know what the FPS is for the requirements either (or what FPS you want) otherwise it'd be easier to say (I think 60 FPS on 1080p ends up 45 FPS on 1440p). If you want to be absolutely sure and can't wait, then assume the requirements are for 30 FPS and go from there.
I got so excited to see the arse of an LFA. I want the car that has that sound profile. Gimmegimmegimme.
You can also get all the info in 2 short and sweet videos without waffle. 25 mins down to 7 mins. You're welcome.
Well, that ticks the 2nd to last box on my 2020 apocalypse bingo. (the last one being: "2021 has been declared 2020 Remastered")
poo. Managed to get a pre order for a ps5 to play this on rather than upgrading my comp. Will have a few weeks to play spiderman instead not.
I always wanted Watch Dogs Legion and Cyberpunk to be released far apart, so whatever, but this is also a dick move.
