Loving it. Maybe it's my need for vicarious catharsis due to brexit.

    Wait is that a tautology?

The plaintiffs have made no allegations and presented no evidence to this court, we rule in favour of the defendant
    WE WILL APPEAL!
The plaintiffs have filed an appeal, would they like to offer any new allegations or evidence? Or any allegations or any evidence at all?
    No.
    Then the appeal is dismissed.
WEL WILL APPEAL TO THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES!

I am so looking forward to seeing the Republican super majority SCOTUS dismiss Trump's lawsuits. I especially can't wait to see what he tweets about the three judges he appointed himself when they tell Giuliani that to appeal to SCOTUS he does have to have actually made a case somewhere along the line.

Now the Republicans are getting worried about Trump's continuous fraud claims. They're saying it could affect their chances for the Georgia senate runoff in January because of growing distrust with the voting. Just like Trump telling his supporters not to use mail voting, he's punching himself in the face... again

Well of course, to launch an appeal there does have to be some evidence, or at least allegations, presented.

    Can't wait for the tweets.

I suspect the tweets will get even more unhinged over the next six weeks, as the gravity of his coming predicament is fully realised.

I am looking forward to seeing him imprisoned.

I doubt he's going to jail. If the stars align and he looks even remotely like being prosecuted he'll flee the country, which would be epic in it's own right. But I doubt he'll even be prosecuted, there'll be a line of lackeys and family members to throw under the bus first.

Appoint ultra conservative Judges and they'll tell such challenges to f*** right off because they consider certifying elections a State issue rather than appeasing the fragile ego of a spray tan.

I mean.. He's quite clearly going to go down the route of self-pardon before he gets unceremoniously ejected from office.

There's no way that he'll wear anything that matches his spray-tan in a 6x9 box any time soon.

Somebody pointed out to me that presidential pardons are only for federal crimes, and there are apparently plenty of state-level investigations that could see him spend the rest of his life either in prison or being ferried from court room to court room.

If a self pardon would hold up in Court is untested anyway...

And because the Courts have so far consistently agreed that he lost the election even the most republican Judge owes Trump no loyalty, so they would likely rip apart a self pardon as no one wants to set the precedent that self pardons are fine.

Enter: Resigning, being pardoned by Pence.

Doesn't solve state stuff, but I don't imagine he's above fleeing the country.

As unlikely as i think it would be... it'd be hilarious if trump stepped aside for that reason, only for pence to go: 'nah...'
