This is probably a lot more exciting for me than for anyone else...



We've been regularly scouring the internet since moving at the end of Nov looking for a console table that we both like and is sized not to look out of place in our front hall... what probably amounts to a cumulative 20 hours looking can finally come to an end.

Delivery booked for Thursday too... which is a definite bonus as some of the furniture we ordered in November we're still going to be waiting on for at least another month.

 

Now I don't vape, but that has the sort of techy looks that makes me think "want"...

 

WTH kind of power usage do you have??? Those are 5Ah batteries! I think you have a problem my good man

How many body parts did you have to sell in order to buy them?

 

I vape at 70W, as I am home and can vape whenever I want I go through batteries quickly. This should reduce the discharge/recharge of batteries.

Pursuaded the wife into letting me upgrade the PC before all our spare money disapears on the house extension we have planned.

i5 10600kf, MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk and some new RAM means i can finally retire the old warhorse i5 2500k

 

No picture yet, but I order a new dishwasher to replace my old one which has been broken for almost two years now (man time files). Also a new stove, to replace the current one that is failing. Both appliances I feel like that should be repairable, but I can find information for trouble shooting my specific issues.

 

My fiancée ordered a MacBook Air M1 for me. NGL I'm a lucky man.

I modded mine. Mum originally bought it, and it did work well. However she put it on the landing (only place to) and I fell over it one night when getting up for a pee (sleeping pill and anti psychotic stupor). She was going to chuck it, but I realised it was perfect for where I wanted to dry my clothes. You can't go into there any way. It was too wide though, so I took off one "arm". It literally sits right below a angled window that gets the sun all day, so in summer I up the blind, crack the window for the moisture to leave and my clothes are usually dry by the evening

 

Saw one of these on youtube so thought I would give it a go and I wanted to cover my 3.5inch Drives. 7 inch Pi display to create a system monitor using https://www.aida64.com/products/aida64-extreme connected to an internal USB header to allow it to auto power down when computer is shut down.
