    The rice cooker is amazing.

    I love it.

I'm mad that I've never had one before.

YouTube (or Netflix, or Prime, or etc etc) in the bath

(for the avoidance of doubt I'd like to note that this was there when we moved in, even I'm not daft enough to put a telly in the bath)

This has been functioning as a mirror only for the last couple of months, because it was only connected to the aerial point and we neither have a TV licence nor want to watch the garbage on broadcast TV anyway.

There were suggestions in the TV menu that there was an HDMI input, but being that all of the cables disappear into the wall I was none the wiser of how to actually reach it, if it were even there. Some time and patience scoping the inside of the wall identified a small plastic bag with some cables in it. Some more time and patience got the bag free. Some more time and patience identified which was the HDMI and pulled it through. A sprinkle more time and patience fishing a rod down from the loft above, attaching an extension and yoinking it back up to actually plug something into it, success.

Not that I've had a bath in years, but I might start.

Realising that I can use a android tablet as a second screen... Then realising if I use a razer phone I can output 2560x1440 ❤️

Looks amazing in the front case of my 011 Dynamic Razer case. Just need to finish up the water cooling!!

Just to rub it in to @Gareth Halfacree after his latest post in the ruining thread,

Since getting my electric car last June, I've done 4800 miles, costing a grand total of £75 in "fuel"!

Noice. I'd love an electric, or at least a plug-in hybrid, but it'll be a while - my plan is to run the current car into the ground to defray the £14,000 purchase price. Once it's asploded, I'll see what the market for affordable EV/PHEVs is like.

That looks like a recipe for "too much wine in the bath" and cold water..

A more childish person might draw attention to the 'pube' on the back of the bath. I'm not childish, so I won't. I will congratulate you on your cable fishing skills, and commend you upon the daftness of a functioning bath TV.

A Renault Zoe ZE50 GT-Line with optional 50kW DC rapid charging.

Disclosure - Due to the plague, almost all those miles have been since returning to work last October. All charging has been done at home overnight for 5p/kWh thanks to Octopus Energy.
