Yeah just the other month. It worked fine for maybe a month then any apps vanished from the Office portal, contacted them and they gave me a credit. I did buy it knowing it might be dodgy so didn’t use my bank card.
You can get the equivalent on ebay for even less frankly if your curious and don't mind loosing two quid if it fails for whatever reason.
I dont know how "acceptable" this method is..... but i followed this to activate windows 365 Removed link to be on the safe side
I guess depends how you interpret the OP, didn't ask if they work but if they're legit, different to me but maybe the same to others.
Yeah, that'd be unacceptable on the forum given it's definitely not a legitimate way of activating. This, in my opinion. Legit doesn't mean will work.
Putting my moderator hat on for just a minute (I know, it doesn't suit me, I'm more of a beanie guy), piracy is still piracy even if you pay another party to facilitate the act. The rules naturally prohibit this, and whilst nobody here has done anything wrong (this is a discussion after all) there is a fine line between discussing and promoting piracy. Office 365 is well known and established to be a subscription-based model. I'm not a massive fan but it's the way the world works. Any suggestion that it could be acquired for a nominal upfront fee without an ongoing payment to Microsoft or an authorised reseller is at best misguided, and is in danger of promoting software piracy.
Depends on how you see it. I use Office 365 mainly for online storage and it works out at around the same (in terms of £ per TB per year) as Dropbox, but with Office apps thrown in and 60mins of Skype calls which prove very useful to me when I need to call the UK from the US. That and as 1TB is fine, I'm happier spending less per year in the first place. Regarding the OP, I notice that what's being sold appears to be a username (I assume email address) and password for 1 year use of Microsoft 365, rather than a code to add service to your account. Wouldn't trust it with a bargepole. That and if you use online storage for documents, I don't see how that works unless you're using your own Microsoft account.
