Saves time over the week-long gradual sense of bewilderment you usually experience, mate. :)

Don't you just love it when just one dick head decides to make their CD player not standard component size. Other than that I love it. I commissioned this guy here..

Oooh, which store did that pop up in? I quite fancy one of those to do a build in my S4Min, but I've only seen Scan and Ebuyer even list it.

I could use some of this about now. I'm struggling to get it up... (zing)

Delivered this morning, and is a smidge too tall to just wheel it into the garage. I knew this before hand, no oh-sh_ moment or anything. Between the cost difference of a 33U and a 42U (negligible) and the fact its kind of a security feature... if you can't wheel it in, you can't wheel it out... decided it was worth the aggro.

So all ~200kg of it is currently on its side on the floor. I'm 90% sure I could hoik it up on my own, but then there's the 10% that I get halfway and have to tap out and it has a hard landing, and also the chance of over-hoiking and tipping it the other way and crushing my 7st spotter, or the castors slipping when it's halfway up and taking her knees and shins out. Not ideal, so I'm going to put this on hold until I can source some supplementary upper body strength.

I joined their product notification list on the 6, Dec 2020 and just got the email yesterday saying they’ve reserved me one for 8 hours :)

    Think it's a good excuse to buy a winch/hoist.

I wondered if that was the case, I've been on the notify list for a good few months too, but hoped it might be a sign that some were coming through to retail channels. I'll keep waiting...

And I suppose if I'm going to get something that can lift a rack, I may as well get something that can lift a car.
