Donut County, it's a super fun little game (really short, you can finish it in a couple of hours) that made me laugh a lot. The puzzles are all pretty easy, but I enjoyed every bit of the game. Definitely recommend it (it's on GamePass).
Solasta - Crown of The Magisters It's DnD 5E type rpg. They had a basic license so some DnD **** is missing or altered. It's also a small team. So expect a little jankyness. But **** man, I loved those old games from decades ago and this was close. Story might have been basic, but it carried the game well enough and the combat was ****ing excellent. It took a little adjustment..(I just played Baldurs Gate again for the first time in 15+ years). I adjusted. Loved it! Save often though th rng dice are cruel.
Sniper Contracts 2 exactly the same as the first one, very linear but I enjoyed it and was a nice slower paced game.
I remember when you shot at people in CS. Nowadays everybody seems to be opening virtual boxes before complaining about CS not being fun. Go figure.
You can complete that? I quit after it just seemed to go one forever. I finaly finished Mario 3D world on the switch yesterday, been taking it slow and collecting all the stars and stamps from world 1 to Bowser world Only to find it opened another world
I was going to say Thomas Was Alone, but then thought there must have been something more recent than that. And came up with Halo Reach - rather enjoyed the futile epic heroism and sacrifice.
Working my way through Halo co-op, done 3 and reach on heroic and just done ce tonight on legendary. I am bad at video games.
just cause 4, not as good or as fun as 3, some seriously od choices were made that makes a lot less chaotic fun. still a good blast
La Noire. What a bloody good game. The tech they used in the facial performance capture is still vastly superior to anything I've seen since. Graphics might be nearly a decade old but seeing real emotions and feelings was amazing. I found myself watching the way someones neck skin moved while they spoke on the phone because the capture was SO good. More games need this, especially today. Clay faces on perfect mo-cap bodies will only work for so much longer. If they could do it in 2012 then they can do it now. Games already cost my neighbors liver (he doesn't know a thing). So cost ain't an issue.
Portal 1 (again) in preparation to Portal 2 and Portal reloaded (thanks to an article here) Did play it through in one night though.
Telltale Borderlands. I had never played a Borderlands game so I probably missed a lot of story references, easter eggs, and such, but it was still very entertaining. I picked Zero, Artemis and Cassius for my team at the end.
