Interesting, I have to say I enjoy quite a bit of spannering on YT and hadn't noticed that lack of it until you mentioned it.
I was probably spending too much time looking out for places I know!

Must get back to Mando 2, then I can carry on with Boba Fett. I have enjoyed BOBF so far, but have stopped watching so that I've seen all of Mando 2 first, whereas my sister thought BOBF was a disappointment.
Oh, Picard 2? Failed to spot that too, will have to get Mrs' Prime fired up for that.

I liked BOBF... but I did feel he was side-lined in his own arc for Mando...

But I really enjoyed Mando so it wasn't terrible.

I thought Loki was really fun... I loved the 70's aesthetic of the Time Keepers! Looking forward to the second season!

First episode of Peacemaker done - echoing above, the dance routine had me in stitches. T-1000 looking old and craggy is a bit of a culture shock!

Lastly, after listening to If Chins Could Kill and Hail to the Chin by Bruce Campbell, I listened to Burt Reynolds book and, apart from him sounding old and a bit decrepit, I thoroughly enjoyed it... and then, three minutes from the end of the audiobook, he mentions Archer and his cameo in one of the episodes! I watched it and have now started watching it from the beginning again as the writing is spot on... not looking forward to the coma episodes but the last season was better and a nice poignant end for Jessica Walters character, Mother!

There's only going to be 3 seasons of Picard, but the last is a full TNG re-union.

As @mrlongbeard says, wait until the season ends, or better yet, wait until mid-July and get "Strange New Worlds" too - A Pike-era Enterprise starring Anson Mount, Rebecca Romjin & Ethan Peck (as seen in Discovery season 2)

Thanks for that, I may just hang on a bit. I mean I'll have to rewatch the first season before hand because reasons.

Still got several months of Disney free trials to kick in too - seen both Mando season's but not any of Boba, Loki and so on.

    I need more time....

Just found out about Wellington Paranormal...

From Taika and Jermaine, What we do in the Shadows (film) has a couple of police that turn up half way through the film and they've been spun off into a 4-season paranormal TV show... currently on the Now (Sky) app.

First episode was very funny if you like the film/ TV show of WwditS!

    Thank you. :thumb:

Hopefully it's not too long until season 3. It surprised me, in a good way.

So, having never been a massive fan of Star Trek (the original series and TNG plus the films are about as far as i got and never religiously with the TV show), I watched Picard this morning... I'm up to episode 4 now - is it weird to say that I had a little dust in my eye on the engage line at the end of the third episode! I'm thoroughly enjoying it!

    Travelers

I was trawling Netflix for anything to watch and was dubious about this. Time travel again yada yada.

Thought I'd give it a spin as three seasons were made (have been? No idea if it's been cancelled on a Netflix 'oh let's just stop that' whim).

Must say I'm most way through the first season and it's pretty enjoyable. Maybe it's because I wasn't expecting much but still.

Maybe I'm going soft, maybe it's old age, maybe it's a culmination of my life experiences, worries and joys, but by jiggery that finale hit me right in the feels.

I've yet to watch any of season two. I found the first series decidedly mediocre.
