    Hi guys

My trusty XXXL Qpad desk pad is getting rather grubby and looking to replace.

The market is absolutely flooded with different brands and sizes, so was just looking for some personal hands on reviews from like minded people?

I'm looking for one on the bigger side .. 800ish +

Let me know what you've got out there :thumb:

EDIT: I've always been a fan of QPAD over the years and the more cloth texture.

I've had a Qpad mousemat for 4 years now, very disappointing that they are no longer available. I clean mine from time to time, with a microfibre cloth and a little isopropanol and the old thing is still going strong after 4 years and shows no sign of giving up anytime soon.

Just get one with stitched edges so you can bung it on a cold wash.

Oh god yeah dude. Well, not if it's RGB like the stupid Razer one I bought without thinking. But yeah man, they come out looking brand new !

I couldn't live with the grot of them otherwise ! I just cold wash the buggers, then put them across my airer to dry.

I washed my original one it came out clean but the surface never felt as slick, so ended up buying new anyway, but it's worth a shot

    Yeah I reckon.

It's either wash it. Wash and replace it. Replace it. May as well try in that order.

    Do you use fabric softener?

Washing detergent is degreaser, so you need something in there to keep it soft and or slick.

I have washed mine in the kitchen sink, using a sponge with warm water and a little washing-up liquid, never in the washing machine.

Cold wash, 20'. Been doing it that way for years. TBH all they are is synthetic and rubber, so as long as they don't get hot it's fine.
