Apparently the 2021 census shows that less then half the population of England and Wales, now identifies as Christian. After more than half a century, I'm now with the majority.

Extra - Huge fantasy IP! Involves prosthetics and a VFX scan! Had my fitting yesterday - was really fun!

I've been a porter on Holby City and I've been in an advert for Asda and Betway. I was also in the Sky remake of The Bridge (The Tunnel or whatever it was) but the footage wasn't seen - it was meant to be cold and set late autumn winter but there were people sunbathing on the beach and it was effing hot! Add the layers of clothing I can see why they cut it.

I never understood why it got so popular in the first place. Christian is not a great name.

I had HoLEP surgery some months ago. Basically a laser is shoved up your urethra to ream out your prostate like a grapefruit (100cc removed in my case --it was a whopper). Then a morcellator to break up the slices of tissue and suck them out. Such fun.

Remarkably, I needed no painkillers at all afterwards.

I very much enjoy the fact that Hole-Pee surgery is for your pee-hole. Well done that doctor.

I can imagine that as a quote on a poster in some doctor's office with a picture of a chap giving a thumbs up.

The Hu were brilliant, so glad I got to see them. Great stage presence and absolutely fantastic show.

I'm sure! The water looks a really ominous colour too.
On the subject of t'other side of the Bristol Channel, I have to be in Watchet tomorrow at 9am having been home to Bournemouth tonight...
A long day tomorrow with a lot of driving in the dark.

As the straight crows fly, I'm about 12 miles south of Watchet, is a nice little village.

I'll wave on my way past from Taunton in the morning!
Not relishing getting up at 5.15 and on the road by 6, then returning about 6pm.
Lots of rural driving in the dark, a good adventure

:D:D:Do_O It's been cold, but not THAT cold.
Funnily enough they had amusing travel posters on the walls in the Alpine bar at the Cardiff Winter Wonderland, including skiing holiday posters for Hoth!

Spent the day at Wales Comic Con, in (checks notes...) Telford.
My first such event since the before times.

Heckin' good guest list, and some interesting panels.

Give me a shout the next time you're down - and don't have to drive! - and you're on! :thumb:

    Best brewery ever
