Honestly not really listened to those bands. I have quite a varied taste but my playlists at the moment are including the likes of Lorna Shore, Sleep Token, MIW, Ignea, and Infected Rain. Basically a mix of Deathcore, Metalcore, Symphonic Metal etc. I like anything that has a good melody so I tend to jump about quite a lot.

 

Oh wow, real music.

Will need to give them a listen when I get the chance.

Have been absolutely blown away by Ren lately. "Hi Ren" absolutely hits hard....

 

Listened to a couple you have linked. Quite like the melody although I will say I prefer the growls/screams over the cleans. Just personal preference at the end of the day.

Yeah I love the heavier stuff too but there's no denying the clean stuff is beast vocal range - it's just sick that they have 2 frontmen for both and both switch between styles too!
Just something you don't see often - I do like it when 1 man is a beast and does a variety too ofcourse though!
Their albums are wicked you should def check them out. Some proper decent lyrics too!

The shadow of intent isn't bad, I'm more for when I can understand it better though tbf, but there's undeniable talent there regardless...

As for the lasses, it's not really my thing, it's cool that they can do it too but yeah just isn't for me... It's like for example with trance and hardcore (as in htid stuff) I don't want to here mc'ing and prefer a fit girls vocals singing with an intense trance on steroids fast paced beat vs mc'ing which is far better suited to dnb for example.

All personal preference though, I respect that the lasses are doing it mind. And it's cool cause it'll probably introduce/inspire more women to enjoy it/do it themselves vs just lusting over male vocal groups. So fair play either way.

I have to say though, Will Ramos doing that chokehold cover is so so good, I really want him to do an album in that style mixing between heavy/singing, even if it's covers I'd love it. What a beast!
