Recently fired up the original Quake and I have to agree, turning enemies into gibs with the shotgun is still as satisfying as ever :D
I'm also running Debian 10. Current nvidia drivers are needed (apt install nvidia-drivers) Also require both the cuda dev lib and opencl lib....
32 core threadripper is now running WU's as well :) Between 500-700K PPD it seems
Unfortunately that didn't work, used both apt remote and apt purge to remove the drivers however neither seemed to completely remove the driver...

Passed 30 million this week. My current daily rig is doing ~550K PDD on a 2700x with a 1060. I have another 1060 on route and some other hardware...
Just upgraded my main PC and it mostly went without a hitch. Seems a bit snapper and having some more up to date packages is always nice...
