Not sure if you have sorted this yet, but how many displays are you trying to connect to the cards? Also, how are they connected exactly?

Yeah I agree, go into the Catalyst Control Centre and via the Overdrive section try manually adjusting the fan and as he said you should hear it...
What output are you using to connect to either of the displays? Any other outputs on the graphics card that you can try to rule out the current...
Cannot wait for this. Three playable characters should be interesting.
Try removing the graphics card and using onboard VGA if possible, or maybe temporarily test the system with a different card if that is an option.
Does seem knackered, have you tried another connection other than the one being used right now?
