Tbh it don't matter what type of cooling u use it will still dissipate the same abount of heat into a room as it is still using the same amount of...
What error message are u getting ? also with general use SSD's should last at least 5 years.
Yea my 580's run everything maxed at 1200p in fact even if Kepler is awesome it will be hard to justify a pointless and unneeded upgrade.
Always had decent overclocking results with my 580's, 950 core ish, never fancied modded bios to extract more.
Never calibrated Realtemp either and shows exactly the same as coretemp, either way both apps are better than the Asus one.
I always use Realtemp.
Waiting for Kepler myself atm, depending what the 680's perform like i might be selling a pair of 3Gb 580's with Koolance blocks on at some point.
Quality :P
Considering an LGA2011 upgrade myself after Christmas and adding a 3rd 580 and a U3011 :P
Most i have pulled from the wall is just under 900w which is about 810w @ 90% effeciency but that was benchmarking with some pretty hefty overclocks.
Amps is more important than watts, it's advised that for a single 580 u need 42a on the 12v rail for the entire system, the HX520 has 3 12v rails...
sli 3Gb 580's will do 60fps in BF3, quad sli 590's are a waste really.
850w is plenty for sli 580's even with some heavy overclocking, most i have seen from the wall with my setup is just under 900w (810w @ 90%...
