Is computer A on a static IP ? If so you may be able to add the printer from computer B via the IP.
On computer A you need to share it :)
Right click the printer, click printer properties, Sharing, Share it, give it a name

Nothing wrong with the MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX, a solid board. Averages between £85-£100. I've used a few, 0 issues.
