A guy I occasionally hung out with in college legally changed his name to "The Mad Hatter." He grew tired of constantly spelling his complicated last name.

    Helluva guy.

I hope you mean Chav, and not working class.
I know a few 'working class' people and consider them good friends, not everyone in the working class is an uneducated peasent who isn't worthy of you grace.

I still have half a mind to call one of me kids (assuming I have some... not likely, I hate kids) 'Alexei Yuri Gagarin Siege of Stalingrad Glorious Five-Year Plan Sputnik Tractor Moscow Dynamo Back Four'

Free cookie to those who get the reference...

Yes but a far higher percentage then in the middle or upper classes are. Chavs just a neato name for the vast majority of working class people anyway these days.

People with extravagent names are almost entirely people I do not want to know these days.

Worst christian name I ever came across besides all the prole ones, was a guy called sunny. He said his dad called him sunny because he saw the sun come up after the kid was born. What an unimaginative parent :D

You're referring to Britain's most famous communist (he was a member of the British Communist Party), Alexi Sayle.

My sister once met two sisters, called Penguin and Puffin. That's pretty bad.

I think Austin Healey is quite bad really.

Sorry for going off topic, it would seem that many don't understand the term working class.
In this forum of some 27,000 people, I'll bet there are no more than 20 or so non working class members.

Many may believe they are middle class, but unfortunatly they are way off the mark, paying a mortgage on a semi in a nice area and driving a 3 series does not equate to Middle class - not by a long shot.
Having 2 or 3 million in the bank and the ability to live very comfortably of your estate is starting to get there, just.

As for upper class, don't even dream.

As for names, I like mine, I rarely meet anyone else named Brett.
