    I can't honestly decide whether I want to try this or not. It'll probably be one of those 'impulse 75% off on Steam' purchases...

    mirrors edge was alright, adn would like to see more action games with less guns, something like cycle courier meets road rash (if you guys old enough for that)

    I'm frightened by this kind of FPS after the epic fail that was apb. :( I know this isn't an mmo, but with the "single player game blending seamlessly with multiplayer", it sounds like it could either be full of win or a huge disappointment. I SO wanted apb to be good that I fear getting my hopes up over any kind of remotely innovative FPS.

    THIS I would buy... loved the games on my Mega Drive (Genesis)... Duke is a breeze from the past, I wish they could get back some of the old IP's... Not that crap that SEGA does of bringing Dreamcast/Genesis games for too much cash.

    New games based on old ideas... I would love it

    I too approve of Road Rash. It needs a modern version!

    Brink? Maybe I'll have a look when it's a bit cheaper! I think my May budget for games is going towards L.A. Noire.

    To answer your question; not really. While it may be class based, I don't think Team Fortress 2 is unique thanks to it's style and humour.
