    I agree with everything he said. But that doesn't mean I'm going to like any of his games. It'll be interesting to see what they come up with.

    UT is NOT to be consolified. You CANNOT consolify a game that can't even be played with a damn controller

    'That's not enough any more. That's pretty depressing. You don't want to see what happens to an industry where it's Call of Duty, Halo and Gears and no-one else has enough money to make any games any more. That's not a fun industry.'

    Right, so the basic complaint is that everybody is spending so much money on producing mediocre games that they need stupid sales numbers in order to be profitable? Lets just ignore Torchlight, Minecraft, Amnesia etc which have tiny dev budgets but are wildly successful because admitting that good gameplay doesn't require huge budgets would undermine our business plan...
