Facebook has reverted its Terms of Use back to an earlier version following public outcry over a clause which gave it perpetual rights over hosted content.

 

OMG get rid of the advertisment on this page with the data word. Its soo annoying you scroll through the page and see it. Looks like I wont be using BT any more

I think the main danger was included in the very initial version of Terms of Use. It was about the right to modify Terms of Use without any notice to users.
