is Windows Vista worth it? seriously
i keep seeing more news, and updates on how
hard it is for not just developers but gamers (users) to do anything on it

im going to stick with Windows XP for awhile
    but heres my first question
is there a difference between 32bit XP and 64bit XP?
and is 64bit run slower, or anything
    thanks.

64bit is more secure at the moment and much better for 64bit CPUs

I have Vista and I love it, but I don't game a lot on my PC anymore so I'm fine with the problematic game support.,

There are really plenty of Vista opinion threads for you to read up on, so I'm not going to get too far into it, but the basic gist of Vista is as follows.

Its a new OS, and a great OS. Hardware and software developers are still playing catch up with drivers etc, so live on Vista will give a few headaches for the next 4 months or so while they catch up. If you like to be on the bleeding edge of tech, go Vista, Home Premium, and you're good to go. If you need a machine to game on, that won't fail you, then (well, you're not a true modder ;p) stick with xp, or consider dual booting, atleast until all the developers catchup.
