I have a 66 MHz Macintosh LC 630. Has the OPTIONAL cd drive, floppy, of course, came with 8 MB of RAM, now at 36 MB. and I found a LC PDS slot networking card, so i put that in, and i'm runnin Mac OS 7.5.5, with AOL 4.0.

everything is original except for the monitor, it wouldn't turn on. But it was replaced with a monitor of similar age. And the speakers, 14 watt 2.1 cyber acoustics, lol.

Really? I was getting 5hrs out of my iBook without trying, and that's constant web browsing and IM stuff. That was one of the new iBooks. My Powerbook isn't quite as good - They're claimed to do 5 hours, but mine does about 4. Maybe there's a bit of fluctuation in the life of individual batteries. Still way better than any PC laptop though :D

I've got an avi encoded using div3 codec. 29 fp/s. when i encode the file (making sure fps is set to 29 in videora), the audio is out of sync in the resulting file.

    Specs from the left :

Apple mac cube converted into a mini-itx pc fileserver. It has 2 x 250gb hard drives and stores all my movies etc.

Mac Mini with a lacie mini hard drive underneath, this is my gf's machine and has a back drive with 500gb for my file server.

Apple MacBook pro is my latest machine I only got it last friday , its the 2.0ghz Dual Core model with 2gb of ram a x1600 graphics card and a 100gb hard drive.

Xbox 360 is next, I've been mainly playing kameo and nfs:mw on this for the last few weeks.

Finally my pc, this is a custom built shuttle system with a P4 3.0ghz (running at 3.6ghz) 250gb hard drive, an X800XT gfx card and sony dvd writer.

There's a ipod video 30gb next to the MBP as well.

Just bought myself a new toy at the Apple store last night ;)

A brand new 1.5GHz Intel Core Solo Mac Mini that I really had no need for but decided to get out of pure magpie instinct \o/. It's quite lovely too, about to finish setting up BootCamp on it. Take a peak at the old 3rd gen iPod that is now only used as a portable hard drive. My Karma just trumps it all over the place.

And my good old G4 iBook.

    In context.
