Hi All, I'm looking for some help. I help administer a Win2003server with an Active Directory and Exchange 2003 running on it. I've been asked to find out if it's possible to add a reminder to everyone's calendar so that each Monday morning they are reminded to fill a form in and email it. Is this something that can actually be done?
There are quite a few accounts so something that does it one fell swoop would be excellent.

I could easily write you the PowerShell code for that, but Exchange 2003 doesn't support it :(

Create a reoccurring meeting and invite everyone to it?

    Not perfect but it'd work.

Aye, that's the only thing I can think of. It'd work but everybody would have to click the Accept button unless there's a way of bypassing that requirement.

No way of bypassing that requirement that I know.

Get it sent from HR or management's email account

    ^^ This

Basically you can create a rule to send the same/new email at a certain date/time
