Bollocking hell - this thread was just asking for people to scream their opinions at each other... poh well.. MARILYN MANSON SUCKS! (hehe)
hehehe there, there Mooky just think calming thoughts... Portrait of an American Family ruled...haven't listened to much since...
Take me to a haaaaaappy place (mookboy slides down the wall into the corner and starts rocking back and forth).... Okay, gonna stick my neck out here.... best extreme music album anyone? I'm gonna plump for a British band no longer with us but who shone so darkly for so short a time... the mighty Iron Monkey from Nottingham. Album... Our Problem. 8minute slabs of pure, stoner grindcore. Sweet.
/you needs a hobby If you want flames just go to some mac world forum and say "MACZ SUXORZ FOR GRAFIX WORK!!!!!111111"
Most extreme album?? Hmmmm.... I dunno, 'Blur - Parklife' probably... I bought three albums today, I'm an album Junkie AFI - Answer That and Stay Fashionable Alkaline Trio - (Self Titled) Guttermouth - Covered With Ants I must say all three are superb, very impressed with the AFI album
Yo, K... have you picked up 'Art of Drowning' yet? Personally I prefer AFI's newer stuff... Do you like any of the following?: Saves The Day This Movielife Scared Of Chaka Boysetfire Consumed Undeclinable What I got recently: Amelie (OST) DJ Krush - Code 4109 Decendents - Milo Goes to College + Bonus Fat RATM - Battle of LA Misfits - Best pt one
Ooooooh Neeeeeeeed, Decendants rock Nope haven't got The Art Of Drowning yet (next purchase), my first AFI album this one is ...and I mainly got it cause of the cool Reservoir Dogs parody... Oh and that I Wanna Get a Mohawk (but my mom won't let me) is on it
I had 'Milo Goes...' on tape for ages, only got just got it on cd. Don't bother with with Bonus Fat if you want anything resembling an album (although it is worth it for the DriveThru bit...). I promise you need the AFI album. Have you heard any Saves The Day? You will love 'em if you like the Ataris and stuff. Go for Through Being Cool. Tre good.
No I haven't mate but I do quite like the Ataris and shtuff like that (Jimmy Eat World, Get Up Kids and Midtown etc) so I'll look into it Mooky, thanks And yes, I will be gettin The Art of Drowning!!!! Just lemme listen to these albums a bit first
I just downloaded a tune from some Yanks called Hoobastank. A bit skeptical at first.... but HELL!!!! They rock! Kinda like a chunky, very well, produced emo band. Hard to work out their sound. Very driving chorus with a luuuuuuuush time change. Called 'Crawling In The Dark'. The Lead singer is funny looking too.
