Scratch Build – Complete BATMAN THE DARK KNIGHT

Greetings folks

Here we are,ready to start with a new scratch build.
This time the mod is dedicated to my DC favorite suoerhero.
BATMAN THE DARK KNIGHT.
This project will take part at the COOLER MASTER WORLD SERIES 2020.
He's always been my favorite superhero, and there's no better opportunity to dedicate a project to him.

The scartch build will be made in plexiglass aluminum and many parts designed and printed in 3d.

greetings folks,is time start working at the bottom of the mod, starting to cut the first panels, aluminum bars and then I start printing the first angles that attached to the panels ecalla aluminum bars will serve to give stability to the entire structure.



And after design the psu support i I'm starting to print this too.










PSU COVER REALIZATION:
After printing and finishing the central hooks, completing the 2 plexiglass panels and creating the new batman logos, we go to assemble everything. The result is more than satisfactory. What do you think Of the final result?

in the meantime I dedicate to the realization of the front panel.

So after cutting the 2 panels will then be superimposed, iproceed to different phases of Painting and wrapping. and 3d print to realize the bracket to fix it.

And finally the new batman logo is realized that Will be applied in the high prte of the panel











now it is only necessary to make the frame of the panel but the most of the work is done

 

Hi folks,

After a lot of work of 3d design and assembly, And after making this part for the second time, I can finally say that the top of the mod is almost over.



The part has been made with aluminum parts, plexiglass parts and 3d printed Brackets that allow you to keep the entire structure firmly welded.



I tried to keep a design as parallel as possible to what is the dark knight's style.













Now that all the parts printed in 3d are clean, finished and painted, the plex and aluminum parts cut, painted and worked with all the attachments, you can proceed with the assembly of all the parts that will form the upper part of the case.

 

Hello everyone
Work with the 3D printer continues, after more than 36 hours of printing cleaning finishing and painting, the parts that make up the armor and some batman gift gadgets finally ready.
These parts and the panel in which they are allocated will be the Positioned at the back of the case, so you also have the back on sight and as clean as possible




















Now that all the parts have been cleaned, filled, painted and polished and, it's time to fix them to the panel

Time to make the custom reservoire









Now all parts are glued and sealed and after passing the 12 hour leak test, the reservoir is finished and functional.

Now after cutting all the remaining panels and after various stages of sanding, painting and polishing, all the panels are fixed using the brackets I made with the 3d printer.

 

now we are there and the time has come to assemble the hardware and the liquid cooling system
