    I have this occasionally with my GTX570 but a game restart sorts mine out though. V sync on?

    If you have an early 570 then flashing the card might help, but I think that was more a 560 issue.

    that happens to me in fsx no idea why. if i restart it then it usually goes away

    had same problem with my gigabyte 460 soc updated to latest driver fixed these problems for me but when i think about it it never done it until the update for karkand went online

    I had problems like this due to my OC-CPU, increasing volts helped.
